These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NR Multigroup Manpower Management System ("MMS", "the Service") at mms.nrmultigroup.com.my. By accessing or using MMS, you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized use only
MMS is provided exclusively for authorized personnel of NR Multigroup and its affiliated manpower agencies. You must have a valid account issued or approved by an administrator. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to manpower, immigration, medical, and financial operations.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access to your administrator
- Providing accurate account information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access MMS without authorization or attempt to bypass security controls
- Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
- Misuse worker, company, or financial data for purposes outside agency operations
- Share access credentials with unauthorized persons
- Copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law
4. Data accuracy and compliance
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into MMS, including worker records, permit details, and billing information. NR Multigroup provides software tools to support agency operations but does not guarantee regulatory compliance on behalf of users. Agencies remain responsible for compliance with Malaysian immigration, labour, and data protection requirements applicable to their operations.
5. Intellectual property
MMS, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by NR Multigroup and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal business purposes while your account remains active and in good standing.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep MMS available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Confidentiality
Information stored in MMS may include sensitive personal and business data. You agree to handle such information confidentially and only as required for your job duties, in line with your agency's policies and applicable law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
MMS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that data loss will never occur.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NR Multigroup and its developers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of MMS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by your organization for access to MMS in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or MYR 100 if no fees were paid, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to MMS at any time for violation of these Terms, security concerns, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use MMS ends immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Continued use of MMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
